While surfing the web this morning I came across an idea that I think would greatly benefit 3rd Brampton Scouts. If like me you do a lot of your shopping online, then next time you're looking for something please consider using the link I will be posting on the site, and already posted below.
Everything you need, all in one place
A typical family can raise around £300 for us in donations in a year, by shopping for the things they need through the easyfundraising site.
Have you or your family bought any of the following in the past year: books, CDs, DVDs, clothing, electrical items, flowers, furniture, games, gifts, toys, or wine and food? You may be surprised to know that you can purchase all of these through easyfundraising, and raise money for us at the same time.
You can also insure your car, home and pets through easyfundraising, as well as purchase holidays, flights and train tickets, switch utility suppliers, apply for credit cards and take out breakdown cover, plus much more. Every transaction you make results in a free donation for us, so please support us by using this fantastic site.
Christmas is coming...
Before you know it, December will be here so don't leave your Christmas shopping to the last minute, log onto www.easyfundraising.org.uk/3rdbs and get ahead of the game.
Argos have recently joined easyfundraising and as one of the UK's favourite stores, you probably shop with them already so why not make Christmas even easier for you and help us raise the funds we need by doing it all online this year? Log onto www.easyfundraising.org.uk/3rdbs and click on the Argos link for great value, regular deals and a fantastic range of products.
A survey last year by Deloitte & Touche showed the average spend per person over Christmas 2007 was estimated at £706. If that seems a lot, don't forget you can save money with easyfundraising by taking advantage of the regular special offers and money off deals that you won't find in the shops or on the retailers own sites.
